| The projects involved the roof replacement at 12 separate facilities throughout the District with a new sprayed polyurethane foam system. Work included the development of the original scope of work and budget, preparation of the construction documents, bidding, construction administration and closeout out of all work. Assistance was also provided for some of the buildings to obtain funding from HB264 energy loans. |
