| The Dublin Office Building sits on 2.45 acres in the heart of Dublin, Ohio and encompasses 34,410 square feet of office space with a common area for reception, elevators, stairs and restrooms. Due to the proximity to the residential neighborhood, the architectural fabric needed to embrace the residential feel. This was accomplished with a pitched roof, glass corners, and a mix of horizontal and vertical elements used to reduce the massing. Although warned that the approval process would take up to eight months, this building was approved on the first presentation. |
