| Previously an industrial use building, this project consisted of renovating over 30,000 sf. and converting the space into regional offices for Cequent Consumer Products—a Trimas Company, located in Solon, OH. Along with space planning and programming, we also assisted in customizing their interior space, by selecting their finish materials and ultimately creating their new office environment. |
