Located on Route 3 in Medina, Ohio, this development will serve as a link between a major Educational Facility to the south and a single family residential neighborhood to the North.

Avondale Commons

Bismark
As part of a Wal-Mart anchored Retail Center, Visconsi Development engaged ADA Architects to perform services that included developing Prototype Design Development and Design Control documents to be used for similar developments in Manning, South Carolina.

Miles Shopping Plaza
Situated at the corner of Miles Avenue & E. 131st, this new shopping consists of and existing grocery anchor and new small shop tenant spaces as well as a new out parcel. We worked very closely with the Union Miles Development Corporation on the over all site plan and architectural design of the expansion.
