| Five contemporary condos overlook one of Cleveland’s historical industrial lift bridges and the Cuyahoga River. The exterior materials of gray brick, corrugated galvanized steel panels, and exposed structural cross bracing exemplify the industrial nature of the area and play off the interesting design of the lift bridge. In addition, each unit has many standard amenities including hardwood flooring, gas fireplace, and roof top decks. The project was featured in Properties Magazine in March 2004. |
